Privacy notice

TeslaRent.App is an independent, early-stage rental pilot. This notice explains what we collect through the request form on this site.

What we collect

When you submit a request: your email address, phone number, preferred start date (or that your dates are flexible), rental duration, expected mileage, total monthly budget, model and year preferences, and—if you provide them—trim, seating, alternative models, price interest, pickup area, and charging access. We also store the time of submission, the pricing version, pricing state, and base rate shown to you (if any), and campaign tags from the link you arrived through (if any). To limit spam, we keep a one-way hashed fingerprint of your connection, not your raw IP address.

We record anonymous page events (page and selector viewed, model/year choices, numeric exact-year selections, pricing exposure, and completed steps). These contain no email, free-text preferences, or other contact details. We do not use advertising pixels.

Tesla owner inquiries

If you submit the owner form, we store it separately from rental requests: your Tesla model and year, approximate mileage, city or ZIP code, availability, email, phone number, and—if you provide them—first name, trim, preferred monthly payment, ownership status, and notes. We also store the time of submission, the page link you used, and campaign tags (if any). Owner page analytics record only which link you arrived from and whether the form was started or submitted—never your contact or vehicle details. We use owner inquiries only to respond about a potential owner partnership; submitting does not list your vehicle.

How we use it

Only to respond to you about this pilot and to understand demand for it. We do not sell your information or add you to a marketing newsletter.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your request by replying to any message we send you about the pilot.
