SMS consent and opt-in
YBC USA LLC operates TeslaRent.App. We send text messages only to people who submit a renter or owner inquiry and check the optional, initially unchecked SMS box (texts about their inquiry) or the separate Offers & Updates box (marketing). Both boxes appear in the same form step as the required phone number field. Neither is required to submit, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Inquiry SMS disclosure (exact text): “I agree to receive text messages from YBC USA LLC about my TeslaRent inquiry at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help.”
Marketing disclosure (exact text): “I agree to receive marketing emails and text messages from YBC USA LLC about TeslaRent offers, availability, and promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Unsubscribe from emails using the link provided.”

- Owner inquiry: teslarent.app/owners#owner-form — single form; the phone field and consent boxes are near the submit button.
